Perceptions have played a positive role in our project due to the fact that we all have similar views on how our project should be executed, so we don't get hung up on petty disagreements.
Because our perceptions are alike, it helps make the decision-making process a smooth one. We all have similar attitudes on what decisions would be the best ones for our project; therfore we all decide on the same thing and it helps move our project along at a speedy pace.
