Dominant personality traits are individual characteristics that occur in a large number of situations. The more consistent the characteristic and the more frequently a trait occurs in diverse situations, the more improtant that trait is in describing the individual. My dominant personality traits as described in the self-assessments have played a positive role in our group project. My organized and practical personality have kept the consistency of my efforts on par with that of my group members. High levels of agreeableness and conscientiousness have aided my group experience because I've been able to work without any major disagreements with fellow group members and have added thorough input to each milestone and step along the way.
