Caitlin's Personality

My dominate personality traits are charisma, persuasiveness, and compassion. These traits have helped play a positive role in my project because my charisma has helped me convice my group members to see things my way and use my ideas. On the other hand, I'm also highly persuasive so, although my group members use my ideas, they can also persuade me to see things their way and also go with their ideas. Compassion has also helped play a positive role in my project because it's what gives me the drive to find answers for everyone at UWM with their problem of overspending on books.
