Nathan on "Perceptions and Decision Making"

Perceptions:
What's awesome about this group is that we all share a common perception. Each of us perceive that we could have a book rental system to lower our book costs each semester. Because we're all on the same basic wavelength we can spend less time with a clash of ideas and more time focusing on our task.

Decisions:
This is where the decision making begins. We all found a common ground and now we can make decisions based upon what we collectively agree on. When one person comes up with an idea we all analyze that idea, build upon it if necessary and create a decision to work towards our goal.
