Perceptions have played a big role in our project because we all seem to share the same perception that out project would reduce the cost of books. This has unified us into a singular entity working toward a common goal. Our perceptions are our basis for our entire project so that is the fuel that drives us.
Our decision-making processes have had a similar impact. We have made most of our decision as a group allowing everyone to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns, and weighed these before deciding how to proceed.
